Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Wigs, Bundles & Closures

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any hair products once they have been shipped.

Exceptions

We will only offer a replacement or store credit if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order arrived damaged

To Qualify for a Replacement or Store Credit

You must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue
  • Ensure the product is unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Worn, installed, or altered wigs/bundles
  • Lace cut or customized units
  • Change of mind
