Shipping Policy

At Halo Hair, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom wig orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at checkout.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 10–25 business days depending on your location.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Delays

Please note that Halo Hair is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.


Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Wigs, Bundles, & Closures

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any hair products once they have been shipped.

Exceptions (If Applicable)

We will only offer a replacement or store credit if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order arrived damaged

To Qualify

You must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue
  • Ensure the product is unused, unaltered, and in original packaging

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Worn, installed, or altered wigs/bundles
  • Lace cut or customized units
  • Change of mind
